Expensive but worth it
This is the easiest tree stand we've ever used. We set up an 8' Fir Christmas tree this year, placed the trunk in this stand, did a few cranks down on the pedal, and the tree was standing straight and strong in just a few seconds.

Comes with added benefit
Great thing about this stand is that it's really easy to take the tree out of the stand. This year, we had to move the tree, so being able to remove it from the stand and then put it back was much simpler.
