• Follow These Instructions to ensure the Clock Functions Properly: Insert one AA battery into the clock battery compartment and one AA battery into the pendulum battery compartment. Turn the time-setting dial clockwise to set the clock to 5:45, then insert two AA batteries into the sound battery compartment. Turn the time-setting dial clockwise again to set the correct time. After the first full rotation, the clock will be set to AM. To set the time to PM, complete two full rotations.
• Pendulum Installation & Clock Operating Instructions: Click the pendulum directly on the hook through the back. If you are unable to hang it, continue with the following steps. Remove the back cover. Hang the pendulum upright and click the hook. Reinstall the back cover. Once the time is correctly set, the clock will automatically mute the chiming sound between 11:00 PM and 5:59 AM. Remove the batteries from the sound battery compartment to mute all sounds completely. When adjusting the time, such as for DST on/off, always turn the time-setting dial clockwise.
